GLENN SMITH ASSOCIATES have undertaken a number of sports and recreation facilities including: The Tasmanian International Velodrome and Entertainment Centre, the Longford Sports Centre, the Deloraine Community Sports Centre, the Tasmanian Netball Centre, the Devonport Showgrounds and Pacing Facility and the Western Australian State Cycling and Roller Skating facility, Midvale.

Glenn Smith personally has special knowledge of cycling from his own experience spanning 15 years as a competitive amateur and professional cyclist and when combined with his planning and architectural design skills (for which he has won 12 RAIA Merit Awards) places him in a unique position to design such specialised facilities. This has proved successful in the design and construction of both the Tasmanian and WA Velodromes.
