More recently major projects include a 13 storey hotel in Hobart, a $30m resort at Low Head and a $10m office complex in Launceston. The current interest in Environmentally Sustainable Design has resulted in GSA being commissioned to design Tasmania’s first commercial project to be registered with the Green Building Council of Australia. This 5-star rated building will commence in August and be completed in September 2008.
